Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. Below are the refund conditions applicable to our IT services, in compliance with the French Consumer Code.
1. Scope
This policy applies to all IT services (development, consulting, support) offered by Lucaservice, ordered via lucaservice.site or any other means (email, phone).
2. Withdrawal Period
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the day of conclusion of the contract to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give reasons or pay penalties.
3. Exception for Digital Services
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for digital services that have been fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period, provided that you have expressly agreed that performance may begin before the expiry of this period. For development, consulting or support services already commenced at your request, a prorated refund for unperformed work may be offered.
4. Exercise of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, send us an unambiguous declaration by email to contact@lucaservice.site, specifying your identity, the order or quote number concerned and your intention to withdraw. You may use the standard withdrawal form available on service-public.fr.
5. Refund
In the event of withdrawal, we will refund all sums paid, including delivery costs, no later than fourteen (14) days from the date on which we were informed of your decision to withdraw (Article L221-24 of the French Consumer Code). The refund will be made using the same means of payment as that used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
6. Disputes
In the event of disagreement on the application of this policy, the parties undertake to seek an amicable solution. Failing that, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts in accordance with the terms and conditions of sale.
